Exchange

Jacadi does not allow exchanges

When requesting an exchange, customers must return the original product and place a new order for the products to be purchased.

Returns

A return request can be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

All products to be returned must be in their original condition and with their labels.

All products to be returned must be received by home pickup, returns cannot be made in stores at this time.

There is no exchange or return for incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or in any condition that reasonably indicates that the product has been used, they will be returned to the customer.

Returns are free for the customer in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product.

The amount will be returned to the customer (excluding the shipping cost of 25 riyals) within 14 working days from the date we receive your package in our warehouse.

Please note that the refund depends on the payment method applied when purchasing.

The refund will be processed once your package is received at our distribution center.

Free pick up from home

You have 7 days from receiving your order to return it.

You can request pick up from home and we will send a courier to pick up your package, to do this:

Step 1:

Go to the order tracking section in your account, then choose the order number to be returned

Now select the items you want to return, the quantity, choose the return method by delivery and click on send with the reason for the return.

You will receive a confirmation email containing the full details of your order.

Within 48 hours, we will send you the shipping policy to send the shipment to us.

Step 2:

Prepare your package including the Air Waybill

Pack the products securely, in the original packaging if possible.

Attach the Air Waybill that was sent to you via email.

Step 3:

You will be contacted by the shipping company to confirm the appropriate time to collect the package from your home address to collect the package and deliver it to the warehouse.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason before the order is processed.

If your order has been processed, you will have to request a refund using the procedures mentioned above.
